WHO: All current UMTA club members and their guests.
WHAT: Season championship awards for all classes.

COST: $15.00 per person (same as last year)

4:00-5:30 pm Board Meeting
5:30-6:00 pm Social
6:00 pm Dinner

Board Meeting Agenda:
-Elections: We do have a few positions that are currently open and will need to be filled according to the UMTA charter or the AMA charter. Here is a list of board positions and the people currently performing those duties:
President-Mike Hendrickson
Vice President-Ben Winterer
Secretary/Treasurer-Gordy Boggie
Legislative Officer-Steve Anderson is stepping down. We will need to elect.
Referee-Jim Winterer
Insurance Communications Officer-Brenda Peterson
Member at large (A position not required by the club charter but necessary for the AMA charter). We will require one more member at large due to a vacancy.

Steve Ahlers

Steve Kirschner (Who also performs the duty of keeping the season championship points in order)
We will need to elect / re-elect all officers. Anybody interested in running for office should attend the Board meeting to declare their intention. If we have two or more people interested in a position we will need to hold a vote during the banquet, if the positions are uncontested we can vote during the business meeting.
-DISTRICT 23 MEMBERSHIP: We will discuss the merits of continuing membership as a District 23 club.
-WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TRIALS:
Scheduled to occur June 4th & 5th, 2005 at Spirit Mountain. I want to discuss the future of World Round events and the level of participation by the UMTA.

Social Hour: Cash Bar, Unlimited Free Soft Drinks, Lively Conversation.
Dinner: We have selected a menu that includes: Sliced Roast Beef - Featuring garlic mashed potatoes and mushroom demiglace and Camper’s Walleye - combined with calico rice and dried cranberry-pecan butter, salad and bread.
Awards: New this year….District 23 State Champion Jackets for the top finisher in each class.
Door prizes: We will have many door prizes generously provided by Montessa USA, Sherco Rider, and The Bike Shed. Prizes include oil, chain lube, tires, grips, apparel.
